Information we use
- Website tools: Files you open or generate stay in your browser and are not uploaded to us. Some tools save settings or results on your device.
- ChatGPT Toolbox: We process the images, file information, and settings you provide to generate models. This can involve server processing. Download links expire after ten minutes, when generated files are scheduled for deletion; technical issues may delay deletion. Anyone with a valid link can access its file. ChatGPT is also covered by OpenAI's privacy policy.
- Purchases: We receive your email address, order details, billing country, and payment status from Stripe to deliver products, restore downloads, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Stripe handles payment and billing details under its privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Purchase emails are not a newsletter subscription.
- Support: We use your email address, message, and any attachments you send to respond to your request.
- Site usage: We and our providers process technical and usage data, such as IP addresses, pages visited, browser/device details, referral information, approximate location, and errors, to operate, protect, and improve the site.
Where applicable, we rely on fulfilling purchases, legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, and consent where required.

We keep purchase records and buyer emails while providing download access, and longer when needed for legal obligations or payment disputes. Other records are kept as needed for support, security, or the purposes described above. ChatGPT Toolbox technical logs are retained for up to 30 days. Providers apply their own retention policies.
Your rights and contact
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Email hello@printnexus.io. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided it.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. External services have their own privacy policies. Updates to this policy appear on this page with a revised date.
