Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the PrintNexus website and PrintNexus Toolbox in ChatGPT (our services). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Who may use PrintNexus

PrintNexus is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use PrintNexus only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.

Using PrintNexus

PrintNexus gives you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable right to access and use our services for lawful purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of our services, their tools, or their content to you.

Your files and generated output

PrintNexus does not claim ownership of files you use with its tools or of the output you generate. You may use, modify, share, or sell generated output, including as part of commercial projects.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed for any file, model, design, character, logo, trademark, or other material you use. Permission to use PrintNexus does not give you rights to material owned by someone else, and PrintNexus cannot grant those rights.

Purchased digital guides

Each purchase grants the buyer a non-transferable license to use the guide as a reference. You may download and print copies for your own use. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or upload the files for others to access. Future guide updates are not included.

These purchase rules apply to guides from the PrintNexus Store. They do not change the permissions above for files you create using our tools.

Checkout and payment receipts

Store checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments through Sold through Link. Checkout shows the final amount, applicable taxes, and payment currency before you pay. Sold through Link provides payment receipts and transaction support. PrintNexus supplies the guides and sends a separate email with download access.

Digital delivery and repeat downloads

Guides are digital downloads. No physical item or software license is included. After payment is confirmed, the order page provides the purchased files and we send a download email. You can use Find my downloads in the store to request a new link at your purchase email address. An access link may expire without ending your purchase. Keep a copy of your files on your device.

Refunds and cancellation rights

We do not offer discretionary refunds on digital guides. Refunds may still be issued where required by applicable law or under Sold through Link's refund policy, including refunds issued by Stripe through Managed Payments. This does not limit statutory cancellation rights or remedies for digital content that is faulty, not delivered, or not as described. If you have a problem with your purchase, email hello@printnexus.io so we can review it. Include your order reference, but do not send card details or private download links.

Download access after refunds and payment disputes

A full refund ends download access. Access is paused while a payment dispute is active. If the dispute is resolved in PrintNexus's favor, access is restored unless the purchase was fully refunded. If it is resolved in the buyer's favor, download access ends. This controls future downloads and does not remove files already saved to a device. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

PrintNexus Toolbox in ChatGPT

PrintNexus Toolbox is published by Nexus Labs and is subject to these terms, including the rules for your files and generated output, acceptable use, availability, warranties, and liability.

Check generated files in your slicer and confirm they are suitable for your printer and intended use. A preview or generated model does not guarantee a successful print.

Download links expire after ten minutes. Save any files you want to keep before the links expire. Our privacy policy explains how the plugin handles your information. Your use of ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI's applicable terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use PrintNexus for an unlawful purpose or in a way that violates another person's rights.
  • Use files or other material that you do not have permission to use.
  • Attempt to bypass security, access restricted systems, or test our services for vulnerabilities without permission.
  • Disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with our services or the systems that support them.
  • Introduce malicious code, automated attacks, or other harmful material.
  • Use automated scraping, harvesting, or similar methods to copy substantial portions of the site or place an unreasonable load on it.

PrintNexus may restrict or block access when reasonably necessary to protect our services, enforce these terms, or comply with the law.

PrintNexus content

Unless stated otherwise, the articles, written explanations, graphics, branding, page designs, and tool interfaces on PrintNexus are owned by PrintNexus. You may read, reference, and link to this content.

You may quote short portions of an article when you clearly credit PrintNexus and link to the original page. You may not republish complete articles, copy or rehost PrintNexus tools, sell site content, or remove ownership notices without written permission, except where the law permits it. If separately published source code includes its own license, that license controls use of that code.

Third-party websites and services

PrintNexus may link to or display content, products, advertisements, or services provided by third parties. Those third parties control their own websites, terms, privacy practices, and content. A link or advertisement does not mean that PrintNexus controls or endorses the third party.

Availability and changes to our services

PrintNexus may correct, change, suspend, or remove any part of our services at any time. No particular tool, article, feature, or level of availability is guaranteed, and our services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances outside PrintNexus' control.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintNexus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PrintNexus makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that our services will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintNexus and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or similar losses arising from your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintNexus’s total liability for any claim connected to our services will not exceed 100 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding arising from PrintNexus or these terms must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

PrintNexus may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page will show the latest revision. Continued use of our services after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.

General terms

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the policies linked above, form the entire agreement between you and PrintNexus regarding use of our services.
